Lions Club of Mysore West is a service organization, under Lions Clubs International. It is under District 317A. It was chartered in 1980. In its long existence, it has earned a name as a premier club in District 317A.

Lions Club of Mysore West has been engaged in high-impact service projects including a few permanent projects. The club is also regularly adding new service activities to reach out to the underprivileged sections of society in and around Mysore. 

Lions Club of Mysore West also has a Mysore West Lions Trust, which is registered under the societies act.
